Several of our church members attended Leadership Institute at the Church of the Resurrection , a United Methodist Church in Kansas City recently.  What a wonderful time of fellowship and learning! 

Happiest of birthday’s to Sam Ross, CUMC’s oldest member!  Mr. Ross celebrated 99 years young on Sept 28th and would like to thank all of the CUMC members who called or sent cards to him for his birthday!

 

 

Several of our CUMC members participated in the Great Pumpkin 5k in Lonoke to benefit the Open Arms Shelter.  Matthew 18:20 – “For where 2 or 3  gather in my name, there I am with them.”

 

Wednesday night Kids R.O.C.K.  –  Our next generation of youth are starting strong! So thankful for all of the parents that bring their children to us on Wednesday nights to learn more about Jesus!

 

Unity Gathering at Judsonia on Sunday, Sept 17th , was  a great time of fellowship and giving!

 

Luau for Lahaina!  CUMC raised money to send to Maui to help those affected by the fires.
